Experienced Projects Manager for Windows and Doors Company
Project Manager required with proven experience of managing installation teams on multiple projects, within the commercial window sector. You will be required to oversee projects from initial inception through to completion .You will report to the Operations Manager. You will have experience dealing with Architects, Builders and developing a working relationship with clients.
Carpentry background with the ability to deal with technical issues should they arise.
Managing teams of Site fitters for projects from initial site survey to completion.
Develop good relationships with clients to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date of progress.
Full responsibility for the co-ordination of the projects.
Provide technical support to architects/contractors during the project.
Maintain close communication with internal departments, highlighting issues as they arise.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Ability to Survey.
Proven experience of dealing with multiple projects.
Ability to Write RAMS.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working on projects of a bespoke nature, high end residential and commercial.
Good Communicator with fluent English both written and verbal.
Full driving licence
Salary will be commensurate with experience
