Adair House is a Housing Association owned block of apartments situated in Oakley Road (Chelsea), London. These are sought after apartments in a sought after area, therefore there was a crucial need for significant external modernisation of the building. Due to the nature of the building and it’s prime location, it was extremely important that the company who won the Windows and Doors contract was reputable and experienced in the industry. The original windows at Adair House were in a poor condition and no longer met the basic thermal and acoustic needs. It was imperative that although the windows were to be replaced, the new ones had to match like for like.
